Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Any and all guests are welcome to design with us at this event! In order to enjoy our premium wine, you must be at least 21 years of age.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please feel free to park in our private lot connected to our store (entrances on N. Boulevard and W. Clay). Additional street parking can be found right in front of our store on N. Boulevard. 

What can I bring into the event?

All you'll need is a valid ID! We provide all the containers, supplies, and florals you'll need for your designs!

What's the refund policy?

We offer full refunds up to 1 day before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations made the day of the event but we are happy to transfer your ticket to another upcoming workshop or seminar! If you need assistance on the day of the event, please contact Lauren Ross (contact information below).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No need to bring your printed ticket!

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

If you find you are unable to attend an event that you've already registered for, you can always transfer your ticket to another upcoming workshop or seminar! If you'd like to transfer your ticket, please contact Lauren Ross (contact information below).

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Absolutely! If you are purchasing as a gift or are registering a group under your name, that's no problem at all! We ask that you let your guests know what name they are registered under for easy check-in.
