Rock Yoga with Carrah Quigley is back with a full sequence to Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours album. This album’s history is rich in controversy within the band, but beautifully captures the emotion and creativity we have within ourselves. Through yoga we find balance and union in the body, and healing through music - we just have to open our third eye and “see.”
