During FLIC Congress, over 200 members and allies of the grassroots get together for a weekend to share knowledge, learn and strategize on how to advance the rights of immigrants in the State of Florida. In these stormy times, we know we can count on our unity to give us the strength to weather the storm!
Who can participate? Anyone can attend. Just bring your passion for immigrant rights and commitment to work for the fair treatment of ALL Floridians, including immigrants.

What are the benefits of being a FLIC member?
If you belong to an organization that is a member of the Florida Immigrant Coalition, your organization has the right to VOTE on FLIC’s Strategic Plan for next year. If you are an individual member, you have the right to participate in the General Assembly and the caucus discussions.
How can I become a FLIC Member?
New Organizational Members must be approved by our Board of Directors before November 1st.
You have the option to become an Individual Member for $120 per year.

What does registration include?
Lodging for 1 night and meals cannot be garantee unless payment is received before Nov 1 -Registartion is required for lodging, qualified transportation, Food and worshop sessions. The fee is non-negotiable.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no age restriction. Reduced rate is available for children 3 to 8 years old. Regular registration ticket is required for all children ages 9 years old and above
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We will have 2 buses that accommodate 50 passengers each coming from South Florida.
BUS #1 will depart from Homestead at 5:00 am (be ready at 4:30am for departure) on November 17.
Bus#1 will also make a short stop at the Turnpike West Palm Beach Service Plaza at Mile Marker 94. Please be ready for pick up starting at 6:30am.
BUS #2 will depart from Miami at 6:00 am (be ready at 5:30am for departure) on November 17.
Bus#2 will make a short stop at the Turnpike Pompano Service Plaza at Mile Marker 66. Please be ready for pick up starting at 6:30am
Space is limited and first come first serve basis. You have to pay your registration to reserve a seat on the bus.
What can I bring into the event?
You can bring personal items and flyers to promote your organization.
NO Alcohol or prohibited substances allowed and no smoking is allowed in the camp. It is a Methodist Christian Camp and you will be asked to leave the property if these rules are violated.
