FitSpirit are series of functional and plyometric exercises accompanied by sets of sit-ups and toning exercises that will allow you to burn over 350 calories to the rhythm of music in one hour. This experience includes elements of breathing and dynamic yoga movements. An hour of sweat combined with breathing techniques and a body-mind connection to get you refreshed. FitSpirit detoxifies the body, mind and spirit.
All level of experience are welcomed. Must be 16+.
