This Group Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) class at LDSMP incorporates functional, metabolic conditioning (metcon) focusing on full body and core movements to increase your work capacity. This class will challenge you using many different implements whether it is cardio equipment, kettlebells, maces, or even just your body with short bouts of higher-intensity training designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage.
