Park Rx Day will be celebrated across the United States, with the most prominent event being held on Crissy Field in San Francisco. Celebrate the end of National Park Week by connecting with your local park and improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health. There will be activities for all ages and abilities from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m (with our Fitbit Local workout at 1:30pm). More than 20 participating agencies will have booths, activities, and giveaways, you don't want to miss it!
