Get ready to (monster) mash those calories with Seattle's top fitness trainer and Fitbit Local Ambassador Kevin Ng as he works you through a cardio blasting HIIT workout before you hit the sweets this Halloween!

Costumes encouraged! 

Everyone and all levels are welcome, so bring a friend and a smile. What to expect;

9:30 am - 10:00 am. Check-in to the workout.

10:00 am - 11:00 am. HIIT blast

11:00 am - 11:15 am. Fitbit Charge 3 giveaway.

This event is all-ages. 

What can I bring to the event?

Wear sneakers. Bring a mat, towel, and water.
