Keep active and healthy by strengthening and stabilizing your core muscles. Core and pelvic stability refers to the ability of the lower back, abdominal, hip, and pelvic muscles to work in proper alignment. Focusing on this region can improve balance and posture, as well as help to prevent injury. Join us for this class on core and pelvic fitness, which includes a guided instruction of strengthening exercises.

Sessions are 7 Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Each session is limited to 12 participants.
Session 1: January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4, 11, 18
Session 2: February 25; March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; April 7
Session 3: April 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12, 19, 26
Session 4: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14
Prerequisite: Ability to get up and down from floor without assistance.
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
