First Time Homebuyer Workshop July 2017

This course is a two-day workshop, to be held on Saturday, July 22nd, and Saturday, July 29th, at the:

Holyoke, MA 01040.

The workshop will begin promptly at 9:00 am and last until 2:00 pm on both Saturday dates. Snacks and light refreshments will be served.

Sign up now for one of Way Finders First-Time Homebuyer Education Courses. Each course covers all aspects of buying a home. Specifically designed for first-time homebuyers, the course is certified by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative, CHAPA, HUD and MassHousing. Completion of the course is required to qualify for certain affordable financing products.

** There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee for this workshop. ** If you are a couple purchasing a home together, you will only need to purchase one ticket for your household. Households will be verified, and following completion of a joint certificate request form, one certificate will be issued displaying both individuals' names.
