Come learn about Yoga and meditation and try a basic class. We have developed a simple, effective, easy to learn, all-ages stress reduction program based on techniques found in Yoga. No need to wear special clothes or learn a new language. After our hour class, you will feel a sense of deep relaxation and well being, and feel a stronger connection between mind and body. In addition to the 60 minute practice, there will be informative explanations of the why and how of Yoga practice works. Instructors will be present before and after practice to speak with students and answer questions.
All students will receive a take-home Yoga practice guide.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it.
