The Fight Against Suicide

Thank you for choosing to be a part of the virtual 2nd Annual Suicide Awareness Walk, Jog, Run 5K. The theme this year is The Fight Against Suicide. A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Philadelphia Chapter.

Virtual Participants:

• Complete the 5K (3.1 miles) between September 1st- September 30th to recognize September being suicide awareness month.
• Pick your own location and time.
• Walk, jog or run to complete your miles.
• Use a running, walking or health app to track your miles.
• Complete the 3.1 miles in one session. 
• Take a picture of your completed miles and a selfie with your medal, tag me on Instagram @dionna.24fit or on Facebook so you can be acknowledged.
• Custom designed medals and registration gifts will be mailed by September 1, 2020. 
• Have FUN!

Raffle:

• Tickets are $1.00 each
• Money accepted via cashapp $DionnaBM. Include your name, phone number and the word "raffle". Must live in Philadelphia to enter.
• The drawing will take place Saturday September 26th at 2:00 pm EST on my Facebook live.
• We have some great prizes to raffle off!
• All of the money raised will be donated to The AFSP Philadelphia Chapter
