February 2019 Veterans' "After TAP" Workshop

Hampton Roads Veterans Employment Center and Partners invite All Veterans to a one-of-a-kind workforce event.

Companies in Virginia recognize that Veterans are skilled, trained, and valuable assets to their companies. We provide an opportunity to meet with those companies that desire connecting with you, the Veteran.

This is a Veteran Employment Assistance and Services Event!!!

This workshop is designed to provide Veterans with extended employment assistance and Veteran-related services as they navigate the process of finding employment in the civilian workplace.  This comprehensive one-day workshop provides the Veterans with the most current insights, tips, and initiatives towards Veteran employment; connection with Veteran friendly employers; effective job search strategies; and the opportunity to network with other Veteran job seekers.  The workshop will be held at the Hampton Roads Veterans Employment Center. on: Friday, 22 February, 2019 from 9:00- 3:30.

 Candidates Are Encouraged To Bring An Updated Copy Of Their Resume.

         In order to attend, you must be:

• A veteran of the armed forces or spouse.

• A serving member of the National Guard or Reserve or spouse.

• An active duty service member with less than 3 months left until EAS/ETS or spouse.
