HELLO, MY NAME IS FEAR …

Is fear getting in your way? Is it stopping you from living life fully?

Fear is a feeling.  A powerful emotion. The purpose of fear is to motivate us to act. Whether we do or don’t act on the fear, it is our choice. We could Forget Everything And Run or we could Face Everything And Rise.

I had a slight fear choosing this topic because it is scary and dark … I had that motionless feeling at first like a deer in the headlights. So I decided to look within.  What am I so afraid of? How can this contribute to me and any creative soul that is willing to look at their fears?  Even though fear formed an emotional roller coaster ride I asked “what do I do with this?” I decided to choose fear as not my enemy here. Something overcame me and now we are going to paint about fear. We are going to rise!

In this Paint Your Essence, we will Paint our fear … Whatever we might be afraid of in your life that is stopping you from taking action. Maybe we are scared of love, succeeding, failing, living, dying or being the best that we can be. Whatever it is, we will find a way to be motivated by fear – to take action. We will paint fear as a spark within us and rise!

In a Paint Your Essence Workshop YOU will create a new inner landscape that is fertile ground for discovering YOU and creating change. Color, imagery and symbolism, will be your guides in this expressive art painting workshop. This workshop is an opportunity for you to connect to YOU and your Essence.
