“FASHION @ THE MANSION IV”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Fashion @ The Mansion IV at 5:00pm on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at the historic Newton White Mansion, 2708 Enterprise Road, Mitchellville, MD 20721 will feature the following designers: Ola Raphael Designs by Ola Raphael and Flowerbaum by Donna Henderson, d'Kultered Kunsepts by Carissa Bernard, Xavier Furs by Xavier Shariff, SinJin by John Tillery, Creations by Bouvier by Aristotle Bouvier, Caribbean H2O dub Unleased by Henry Marsham, and High Society by Michael Carter.
This is a networking event for the DMV entertainment community. All are expected to attend.
Our Host for the show this year will be Actor/Comedian Frank James. You may have seen Frank James on TV shows such as Copy Cat Killers, HBO VEEP, TV One’s “For My Man”, Netflix House of Cards, ID Channel “Evil Twins” and numerous TV commercials.
Our Vendors are bringing you new and creative wares, such as Zack's Custom Creations (jewelry for anyone and all occasions), to name a few. Get there early to browse all of the interesting items that the vendors are bringing.
Our DJ for the show is Tyrone Spencer, better known as “DJ Suspence”. He is a self-proclaimed Bi-product of a music dream gone right! He has had a love for music for over four decades. He is a Singer, Songwriter, Music Producer, Promoter, and former model. DJ Suspence has re-entered the modeling game with recent publications in Live Free, Obvious, Momentum Media, Krave, Swerve, and Breaking New Ground Magazines, as well as the FACE of Kitty Crawl Crown (Men’s Jewelry) and Brand Ambassador for Seacret Products (Skin and Hair Care Products)

Our Entertinment will be provided by R and B/Jazz Vocalist Karen Linette and Violinist Andre Deleo, known as Deleo.
Karen Linette is a songstress that hails from Silver Spring, Maryland. For the past twenty years, she has been commanding audiences with her four-octave vocal range. Karen has graced the stage at venues such as the historic Blues Alley; the Howard Theater, DAR Constitution Hall, the Show Place Arena and has performed the National Anthem at the John F. Kennedy Center and the Verizon Center for the Washington Mystics and the Washington Wizards. She has also performed at the Apollo Theatre in New York City and the Café di Simo in Lucca, Italy.
From a young age, she was influenced by all genres of music including Soul/R and B, Jazz, Gospel, Rock, and Pop. She has been blessed to share the stage with an abundance of greatness including artists Norman Connors, The Temptations featuring Dennis Edwards, Dawn Robinson from En Vogue, The Isley Brothers, Michael Henderson, Jean Carn, Eric Roberson, Howard Hewett, Cece Peniston, Club Nouveau, Frank McComb, Miki Howard, and Tom Browne.

After the fashion show, there will be a Meet and Greet in the same Atrium with the talented male and female models, designers, photographers, and production staff.
FAQs
What is the dress code for the show?
There is no requirement. We like to say it will be fashionable to "dress to impress".
What time can I enter the facility?
The doors will open at 4:00pm. Guest will not be able to enter before that time.
What is the timing of the show?
Doors open for guest at 4:00pm for shopping with vendors, Red Carpet Event, get a beverage, and early seating.
The show will run from 5:00pm sharp until 7:00pm. There will be a brief intermission halfway through the show.
The Meet and Greet will run from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
The venue will close at 8pm.
What does the VIP ticket provide?
The VIP ticket reserves you a front row seat with the best view. You will probably be seen in the pictures and videos taken during the show.
Are there vendor tables available for the show?
Contact Wain Jenkins or Ola Raphael for vendor table availablity. We do not want to duplicate vendor products. The cost of the vendor tables are $100.00 and available on this site under "tickets".
How can I be a Sponsor for the show?
Sponsorship is available for the show and can be purchased on this site under "tickets".
Sponsor Level 1 ($250.00) is a donation to help with the expenses for the show. You will recieve two complimentary tickets to the show, you will have a small table in the lobby of the venue during the show, and you will be acknowledged in the program, and provide a brief presentation during the show.
WIll there be alcohol beverages served at the show?
We will not be serving alcoholic beverages. We will have non alcoholic beverages for the guest and staff.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limit restrictions. However, we will have tasteful swimwear designs. Our target audience will be adults.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is ample free parking at designated areas for guests. However, there's a short walk up to the venue from the parking lot. Handicapped may want to be dropped off at the entrance door, prior to parking your vehicle.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your ticket can be used by whoever the bearer is at the door of the event.
How many designers will be presenting?
We are expecting to showcase 10 designers, along with Ola Raphael Designs.
How many models will be modeling?
There will be approximately 25 male models and 30 female models.
Can I model for the show?
We have been recuiting models (males at least 5'-11" and females at least 5'-7"). At the time of the writing we may have selected all of the models, but you can check with us to see.
