FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Fashion @ The Mansion III at 5:00pm on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at the historic Newton White Mansion, 2708 Enterprise Road, Mitchellville, MD 20721 will feature the fashion designs of Ola Raphael and other amazing designers from the DMV, Miami, Atlanta, and New York City.
Ola Raphael is the creator, owner and sole designer of Ola Raphael Designs. Ola is Nigerian born and resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. While growing up in his native land in the City of Lagos, Ola was inspired by the rich culture and couture that surrounded him. There he decided to set his sights on becoming a designer of men’s and women’s clothing and sharing his designs with the world. He uses the finest mix of fabrics with detailing and finishing that creates a different look for all occasions. While known for his unique men’s shirt designs, Ola has presented his line of men’s and women’s designs in Atlanta, Georgia and New York City and now he will bring his newest designs to the DMV at his own annual show, Fashion @ The Mansion.
This year the event will bring awareness to Sickle Cell Anemia. We are partnering with Maryland Sickle Cell Disease Association. Representatives will be attending the event.
Our goal is to showcase fashion with a purpose!

After the fashion show, there will be a Meet and Greet in the same Atrium with the male and female models, designers, photographers, and production staff.
FAQs
What is the dress code for the show?
There is no requirement. We like to say it will be fashionable to "dress to impress".
What time can I enter the facility?
The doors will not open until 4:30pm. Guest will not be able to enter before that time.
What is the timing of the show?
Doors open for guest at 4:30pm for shopping with vendors, Red Carpet Event, get a beverage, and early seating.
The show will run from 5:00pm sharp until 7:00pm. There will be a brief intermission halfway through the show.
The Meet and Greet will run from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
The venue will close at 8pm.
What does the VIP ticket provide?
The VIP ticket reserves you a front row seat with the best view. You will probably be seen in the pictures and videos taken during the show.
Are there vendor tables available for the show?
Contact Wain Jenkins or Ola Raphael for vendor table availablity. We do not want to duplicate vendor products. The cost of the vendor tables are $100.00 and available on this site under "tickets".
How can a be a Sponsor for the show?
Sponsorship is available for the show and can be purchased on this site under "tickets". There are two levels.
Sponsor Level 1 ($250.00) is a donation to help with the expenses for the show. You will have your logo attached to the flyer, you will be advertized on social media and the like along with the show, you will have a table in the lobby of the venue during the show, and you will be acknowledged in the program for the show. You will receive one complimentary VIP ticket to the show.
Sponsor Level 2 ($500.00) is a donation directly to a designated Sickle Cell Anemia Association. You will have your logo attached to the flyer, you will be advertized on social media and the like along with the show, you will have a table in the lobby of the venue during the show, and you will be acknowledged in the program for the show. You will receive two complimentary VIP tickets to the show.
WIll there be alcohol beverages served at the show?
We will not be serving alcoholic beverages. We will have non alcoholic beverages for the guest and staff.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limit restrictions. However, we will have tasteful swimwear designs. Our target audience will be adults.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is ample free parking at designated areas for guests. However, there's a short walk up to the venue from the parking lot. Handicapped may want to be dropped off at the entrance door, prior to parking your vehicle.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your ticket can be used by whoever the bearer is at the door of the event.
How many designers will be presenting?
We are expecting to showcase 10 designers, along with Ola Raphael Designs.
How many models will be modeling?
There will be approximately 25 male models and 30 female models.
Can I model for the show?
We have been recuiting models (males at least 5'-11" and females at least 5'-7"). At the time of the writing we may have selected all of the models, but you can check with us to see.
