The Malibu Fig Ranch at Sterling Farms is committed to bringing you programs that provide real value and lasting enjoyment. In this “Farm to Jar” class, Nicki will lead a harvest session then move on to the fascinating basics on "Wild Fermentation" (aka Old School Pickling).

You’ll leave the farm with empowering information about your digestive health as well as your very own pickling project!

The cost of the class is on a sliding scale of $30-$45.

Tea and light snacks will be provided.
