Family Event: New and Expecting Moms Group 202001-06

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the latest Department of Public Health guidelines regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), New and Expecting Moms Group will be held virtually on March 26 and April at: https://zoom.us/j/4120645993

Tune in at 11am for 30 minutes of supportive relationship building.

This group will support new and expecting mommies through group discussion, interaction and activities. We’ll build new relationships and support communication between you and your child. The facilitator is a new mom herself, with a background in social psychology and adult and child education. This group is aimed at moms with children that are not yet mobile.

1/9/2020 -  Join Kendall Heaton, MSW (Mindful Life Coach for Parents) to learn the research-based Therapeutic Meditation Process (TMP) and how it can help even the busiest, most sleep-deprived new mom (or mom-to-be) decrease stress and overwhelm, and feel more grounded and balanced. You'll receive concrete tools and techniques, as well as a free recorded guided meditation.
