Open up your Heart Chakra to awaken your intuitive abilities and connect to your internal GPS system, guiding you in life for your best and highest.

You will participate in exercises that will move you from any fear based-low vibrations into a safe, compassionate and loving high vibe frequency. Anointing of essential oils in your feet and head will allow your chakras to be open and balanced allowing the energy to flow freely in your body creating a mind-body healing.

What to bring:

-Eat a light meal before hand

-Avoid dairy products prior

-And drink plenty during the hours before

Street only parking in surrounding area.
