With no particular agenda, other than to expand our awareness and become a part of the forest community, this program may lower your stress levels, boost your mood and improve creativity and productivity through the weekend.

Wear appropriate clothing, dress in layers and if possible wear waterproof or water-resistant footwear.  Trails and areas around streams can be wet and muddy.  This program takes place rain or shine, so please wear a waterproof/resistant outer layer and rain hat.
