The VXN Workout is inspired by the experience of a concert performer. We use commercial choreography, killer music remixes, and stage lighting a you can get the experience of starring in your own performance! We fully encourage women to wear their hair down, their favorite lipstick, and a workout outfit that makes them feel most confident. Our classes create an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection, and a sense of community within the #VXNArmy while burning anywhere between 400 and 1000 calories!
