F45 Playoffs - Fittest of Minnesota Competition

A GLOBAL PHENOMENON COMES TO MINNEAPOLISThe F45 Playoffs is the world's most innovative and challenging new fitness test. This fitness test has been featured at events around the world, with some of the fittest athletes participating. The disciplines selected include the following: speed, strength, agility, endurance, mobility and power. The fitness test is designed by the world's leading functional training network, F45 Training.  This competition is open to EVERYONE and will have CASH PRIZES for each category, plus other great prizes.  The competition will have 3 categories.   - Male individual - Female individual - Team (Teams will be made up of 5 people, 2 females minimum.  Each person will do 2 stations) We will be publishing official rules and event schedule soon.  Participants should expect to be at the stadium from about 8:30am to 3pm.  For any questions, reach out to us at edina@f45training.com
