Expression in the Park

W.E.T (Women Expressing Themselves) Anne, Cyndi, Lee and Geri Anne present:
"Expression in the Park”, an evening of yoga and dance for men and women.
Monday June 26th at the Riverbend Shelter at Genesee Valley Park, from 6:00-8:00 PM

The evening will begin with a rejuvenating yoga practice to connect you with your breath, led by Anne Skivington-Simes. Followed by free form dance as DJ Lee kicks up the volume and we begin our musical journey. Connect with yourself and others while rooting into nature. Come out to share and receive positive vibes in a truly open and supportive setting. Concluding with Savasana as we return to heart center.
