Join us for insightful discussions regarding belief systems and empowerment, cacao ceremony, sage ceremony, silent hikes, yoga, meditation, and time for stillness to reflect; and a Guided 2 hour Seven Springs Nature and Plank Walk with Master Naturalist/Ecologist. We'll gather around a campfire for a relaxing evening, or perhaps a more energetic drum circle will emerge. We will spend time together and you will have alone time to reflect in a labyrinth, snuggled deep in the forest. An Ayurvedic chef will provide amazing meals for the weekend. Cell phone service is limited to none - so be prepared to go unplugged for the weekend!
