Experience Perfection at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille during Chicago’s Restaurant Week

This Chicago Restaurant Week, January 26-February 8, treat yourself to a Rare and Well Done® dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (5 Oakbrook Court, Oak Brook, IL 60523; 630-571-1808).

To start, choose one of Perry’s fantastic salads. Options include the Wedge Salad, iceberg lettuce topped with red onions, green onions, tomatoes and bacon tossed in a buttermilk vinaigrette dressing; Kale Salad, pecorino cheese and croutons over kale in a jalapeño mint vinaigrette dressing; and Caesar Salad.

The three entrée options feature crowd favorites guaranteed to please any carnivore. Choose from the 8 oz. Filet Perry wrapped with Nueske’s applewood-smoked bacon and topped with jumbo lump crab meat; Grilled Salmon served with Beurre Fondue and grilled asparagus; and Perry’s Famous Pork Chop. A mouth-watering prime pork chop measuring seven fingers high, it is sourced from Midwestern farms and butchered in house from the pork loin. Once cut, the chop is rubbed with proprietary seasoning, cured and roasted on a rotisserie with pecan wood for up to six hours until it is sweet, smoky and sizzling. Upon order, the chop is glazed, caramelized, topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter and served with homemade applesauce.

Finish the special meal on a sweet note with Perry’s Dessert Trio featuring three of Perry’s finest sweets: Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée topped with a fresh raspberry, Praline Cheesecake and Perry’s Chocolate Crunch, crunchy milk chocolate covered with a dark chocolate ganache, served with homemade whipped cream, toffee and peanut brittle.

Add some libations to the meal for the ultimate culinary celebration. In addition to the full drink menu, Perry’s featured beverages are the Cucumber Blueberry cocktail ($15), Redemption Manhattan ($15) and Perry’s Private Label Chardonnay ($15/glass) and Cabernet Sauvignon ($20/glass)

While the Restaurant Week prix fixe menu is perfectly curated to be enjoyed on its own, Perry’s is offering appetizers to supplement the meal: Perry’s Signature Fried Asparagus ($17.95), Beef & Bleu ($13.95), Cherry Pepper Calamari ($16.95) and Crab Cakes ($17.95). Family-style sides—for two or more—include Sweet Sriracha Brussels Sprouts ($11.95), Roasted Sherried Mushrooms ($11.95), Au Gratin Potatoes ($11.95) and Creamed Spinach ($11.95).

Or, dress up entrée selections with any of the following entrée additions: Oscar Style ($ 8.95), Truffle Buttered King Crab ($9.95), 2oz. Half Lobster Tail ($12.95) and two Bacon Wrapped Scallops ($8.95).
