A Here to Be Experience: Badge and Ladder

lululemon Des Moines and our Here To Be Partner Yoga For First Responders have teamed up to honor the service of first responders who protect our community every day.

Badge & Ladder is a partnered functional fitness workout inspired by the physical challenges first responders see in the field of duty. Attend with a partner or partner-pairing assistance is provided at the event. This event will feature an experience of the Yoga For First Responders protocol.

- Open to all first responder/non-first responder athletes and spectators.
- No CrossFit or yoga experience required. Accommodations for all fitness levels.
- Admission by goodwill donation. Proceeds benefit Yoga For First Responders.
- After-party at Peace Tree Brewing Co. - Des Moines Branch immediately following.


Here to Be is a social impact program reaching across social, physical, and economic barriers to create access to yoga and meditation as tools for well-being to unlock real change in people and communities.
