EXODUS TO JAZZ featuring Johnny O'Neal

Enjoy Exodus To Jazz at its new home, The Penthouse At One East Avenue!  The new club series opens with the legendary Johnny O’Neal, a Rochester favorite who has headlined several ETJ concerts. The Detroit-born neo-bop jazz pianist will perform two sets, each available for individual purchase, on Saturday, February 17, 2018.

A living connection to many jazz pioneers, O'Neal appeared in the 2004 blockbuster movie Ray cast as Art Tatum; his rendition of Yesterdays garnered much acclaim. In addition to regular sold-out performances in Manhattan, O'Neal enjoys considerable international popularity resulting from his performances on festival circuits in Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Africa.
