The mind-body connection is so important to maintain, and essential to our overall health.  Most people know that exercising leads to improved physical health.  But did you know that you can exercise your brain for mental health wellness?  In this interactive workshop, Dr. McNelis will review the concept of "neurobics," and discuss mental strategies that have been shown to improve memory, attention and reasoning skills.
