Exclusive Pre-Sell of Beautiful Clovis Estate Sale

Beautiful Clovis estate just off Locan and Shaw. This clean, well kept home offers quality bedroom sets, tools, collectibles and a variety of garden items and plants. 

This is a great opportunity to shop at ease without the crowds. Take your time to view all the spaces and items along with have time to reaserch, take photos, etc. prior to purchasing.

We are exclusively letting 50 people enter the estate to purchase anything prior to our opening date. You will have 2 hours to shop. Line will start at the front of the house at the metal entry gate. We recommend being there at 4:30pm, we will open the gates at that time. YOU MUST have an entry ticket. WE WILL NOT sell tickets at the gate. People with tickets will only be able to enter - NO CHILDREN, please.

You may bring your own ' sold ' tags to mark items accordingly. We will NOT be negotiating on ANY prices.

NO BOXES, shoulder bags only. If you purchase furniture, you may take with you or pick up on Saturday 2/29. We will close right at 6:30pm.
