What Makes an Excellent Product by Aastha Gaur from Google

I have invited, Aastha Gaur - former colleague and friend of my from Google, to share her perspective of what makes an excellent product with my team.  Decided to extend the invite to the community of Product & Design folks in the area.

Aastha is currently a Sr. Manager at Google working on YouTube Ad. product.  Prior to YouTube, she worked on one of the largest undertaking of redesigning and launch of Google’s flagship product AdWords.  Aastha was experienced with both consumer facing as well as enterprise product.  She has been one of the most dynamic deep-thinker that I have met.
