When you enroll into our public classes, on the registration form, you have acknowledged and agreed to our public class policies and conditions. This includes cancellation/reschedule/no show policies that are time sensitive.
Certstaffix Training classes are live, hands-on training with your instructor teaching from a remote location. If you are not familiar with this training format, see our Remote Instructor-led page
Our standard payment terms are net 15 days from a registration request, but no later than 15 days before the first day of the class. To request alternative payment terms, you must call 888-330-6890.
If you have submitted a late registration request, less than 15 days before your class start date, we require immediate payment. If we have not received your payment by the due date on the invoice we sent you, we may reschedule or cancel your enrollment. We will inform you before making any changes to your registration.
You can cancel your registration without penalty or charge provided you give Certstaffix Training notice of 18 days or more before the first day of your class.
If you request to reschedule your registration less than 18 days before the first day of your class, you will be charged 100% of the course fee, and you won't be entitled to a refund. You will have one (1) opportunity to use the Certstaffix Training Make-Up policy to have those funds applied to a later class date.
If you don't show up to your class, you will be charged 100% of the course fee, and you won't be entitled to a refund. You will have one (1) opportunity to use the Certstaffix Training Make-Up policy to have those funds applied to a later class date.
If you are attending class from a Certstaffix Training Computer Labs and you request to reschedule your registration less than 15 days before the first day of your class, or if you don't show up for your course, an additional seat fee of $100 per day will be charged for you to attend your makeup session from the Computer Lab Location. You may attend your makeup session from your home or office without any additional seat fee.
If you are using the one make-up session of your class allowed by the Certstaffix Training policy, and we have previously sent you course materials, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of any new, or an updated version, of the course materials used during the make-up training.
Should Certstaffix Training need to cancel your class due to insufficient enrollment, or postpone it due to events beyond our control, Certstaffix Training will notify registered students as soon as possible. In such cases, you may reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge or receive a full refund for your class registration.
Travel arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the student. Certstaffix Training suggests obtaining refundable reservations. Certstaffix Training classes are confirmed approximately 18 days before the start of the course. We cannot guarantee class commitments before that window of time. Certstaffix Training will not be responsible for any cancellation costs incurred, including but not limited to airline/mass transit tickets, hotel reservations, and so on.
