If you have achieved your career goals but are looking to grow in other areas of your life register for The Evolving Woman Personal Growth Workshop Series. Facilitated by Live SMART Healing & Restoration Counseling Center, this six-part series provides an intimate setting for professional women to engage with likeminded professionals, share their struggles, self-reflect & learn new skills in a confidential & safe environment.

Session Topics (One topic per week)

1)   Week One:   Personal Self-Assessment

2)    Week Two:  Know Your Personal Value and Worth

3)    Week Three:  Strengthen Communication & Conflict Management Skills

4)    Week Four:  Identify Healthy Responses to Depression, Anxiety & Toxic Stress

5)    Week Five:  Healthy Anger Management

6)    Week Six:  Coping with Toxic Relationships & Toxic Environments

The fee is $55 (now reduced from $95) per session & includes materials plus light refreshments. Pay $300 in advance (reduced from $495) for a discounted rate (contact organizer directly for the discounted rate).
