It will be held on Sunday, February 23rd from 11am to 12:30pm, with 20 spots available. The cost for the 90 minute seminar and workshop is $20 per person.
We will take the group through a full body movement assessment, and we'll use this new information to show you exactly how you can workout without being in pain! We'll also explain and demonstrate how injury happens and how you can keep yourself safe for the long term.
