Eugene Salsa Festival, Saturday Evening Live Music & Performances

The 5th Annual Eugene Salsa Festival, organized by Salseros Productions, is a full weekend of live music, workshops, and performances at the Valley River Inn. Saturday evening will start with a beginning salsa class at 8:30pm. Next will be an hour of performances from both local and world-class groups at 9:15pm. Live salsa music by Salsa Nova from Portland will begin at 10:30pm, and there will be dancing until 2am. No previous experience is necessary to attend the festival, and you can come by yourself, with a partner, or with friends. Tickets for Saturday evening are $20 online, $25 at the door. The festival is sponsored by Salseros Productions, the Lane County Cultural Coalition, the Oregon Cultural Trust, Lane Arts Council, the City of Eugene, the University of Oregon Division of Equity and Inclusion, and the University of Oregon Department of International Studies.
