Come learn about services available to young adults with disabilities who are in the transitioning stage of graduation and "aging out" of the youth system!

What happens after high school? Join us in our Question & Answer Panel where you can have all of your questions answered in regard to Support Coordination, DDD and DVRS services.

The program will discuss information on DDD services, Support Coordination, adult services and job & career planning for transition after high school.

Presentation by: The Division of Developmental Disabilities, Values Into Action NJ, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

Hosted by Values Into Action NJ, "one of the original three legacy" Support Coordination Agencies.
