Customer service is the first, and perhaps only, contact for customers in most industries. It may be the only true window into the organization’s products and services, and it can greatly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer service fundamentals can help provide the foundational skills required to provide exceptional service. In this learning path, you'll learn how to build rapport with customers. You'll explore strategies for providing excellent on-site, telephone, and internal customer service. You'll also learn about conflict resolution tactics and guidelines for developing a customer service strategy for your organization.
