Essential Oils 101

Three years ago, I went from being a healthy active young adult to no longer knowing what it felt like to be a normal functioning human being. While I was suffering from chronic daily migraines, I quickly developed other issues battling every side effect known to man against medications. I finally hit my limit, after needing a blood transfusion and as I left the hospital with a pounding migraine, I scoured the internet for how to take back my life.
With my new found holistic approach and my bag filled with essential oils, I learned to be proactive about my healthcare, how to use oils to fight my migraines (which are now under control!). I have become so passionate about how much my life has changed that I cannot help but want others to feel what I feel. With essential oils being one of the largest tools I use and the only thing that I now use to rid a migraine, I have decided with the help of two of my amazing friends to host an oils event on November 24. We will share our journeys, drink oil filled drinks and educate you on how to use dōTERRA in your everyday life. Oh and it won’t all be about migraines, so bring your problems and get ready to leave them behind as you learn my favorite essential oil tips on how to:
-reduce anxiety/regulate mood
-improve sleep habits/patterns
-boost the immune system
-regulate hormones and metabolism
-choose natural over synthetic medicine
