Luxe Diamond Travel will be hosting the 26th Annual Essence Music festival at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center. This hotel property is located close to the Convention Center, French Quarters, Bourbon Street and Cafe DuMonde.

Essence Dates July 2nd thru July 6th

DEPOSITS ARE PER PERSON: If 2 people in the room, 2 deposits must be received to secure room.

Tax 16.20% plus $1.00 occupancy fee per room per night is included in price breakdown below.

4 nights at hotel: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night

- Upon check-in a credit/debit card will be required for incidentals.

- It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee your room secured by Sept 4th 2019.

**All deposits or payments are nonrefundable due to contractual agreements.

In order to receive hotel transfers I will need your flight itinerary. If I do not receive your flight times 60 days prior to the event transportation will not be provided.

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE ESSENCE FESTIVAL CONCERT TICKETS OR AIRFARE. If you would like airfare added to your itinerary when it becomes available please feel free to email me for this adjustment.

All initial deposits and payments are non-refundable according to terms and conditions. After deposits are placed clients will receive invoice and a booking form for monthly payments towards total balance due. If booking form is not completed monthly payments can not be made and you forfeit your deposit!

Monthly payments of at least $100.00 per person will be due after booking. Payments must be made monthly to keep your reservation secured. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable as result of contractual obligations with our various vendors. There will be NO REFUNDS.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Paying the deposit for each traveler in your room will secure the current rates at the time of booking.
