Escrima stick practice and sharing

This meetup begins as a group to get together and practice Escrima stick form. The basic forms which I was shown certainly do not represent the whole of Escrima / Kali stick practice. The four basic forms are Heaven six, Earth between two heavens, Broken six and Figure eight ( I was told by my late teacher that the figure 8 form may actually have chinese roots ). I have enjoyed doing stick for a very long time and want to share my skills.

I welcome practitioners of all levels and all I really ask is to bring focus and control - the goal of the workout is to provide members the opportunity to practice and experience the benefits of the art.
