This 2-day training will help directors and internal coaches understand the research and reasoning behind each item on both the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale, 3rd Ed. (ECERS-3) and the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale, 3rd Ed. (ITERS-3) as well as important scoring information and practice, along with tips for coaching teachers on the best practices that are rated on this scale.
