Gate City Advisors and TASC will be hosting a seminar discussing several critical compliance issues facing employers, Human Resource professionals, and Consultants today. Topics include ERISA, HIPAA and most recently the IRS 226J letter. We will identify minimum reporting, disclosure requirements, and the impact of non-compliance under ERISA and HIPAA.
