This workshop meets on Saturday & Sunday, January 25th & 26th, 2020, 10am-5pm. Relationships are the foundation of our human experience and part of our daily life with our parents, children, partners, friends, colleagues, and neighbors. Relationships are a source of deep happiness in our lives that provide a sense of belonging, connection, and meaning. Yet, we frequently find ourselves struggling, confused, angry, and even mystified about why our relationships aren’t going well no matter how much we try. We become frustrated and feel defeated that we are not having fulfilling and satisfying relationships. How can we create and sustain the relationships we want? Join Enneagram expert and life coach, Lara Heller for a workshop exploring relationship through the profound lens of the Enneagram. The Enneagram is tool for understanding who we are and refers to the nine different personality types, each of which represents a filter through which we view the world and focus our attention. These are nine ways in which we think, feel, and act in relation to the world, others, and ourselves. The teachings of the Enneagram go beyond personality profiles by offering insights into the core motivations underlying our behavior. As we become more aware of our patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, we can start unraveling the habits that keep us stuck. Through experiential learning, Lara shares how the Enneagram can provide a map for creating the relationships we yearn for. Understand how the fears, drives, motivations, and desires of each type impact our relationships. Leave this workshop with practical and meaningful tools for creating fulfilling relationships.    Lara Heller is an executive and life coach and a WLC facilitator (Women’s Leadership Circles). She works with couples, individuals, and executives and is an IEA Accredited Enneagram teacher. In addition to her own coaching practice, she teaches on-going Enneagram groups and facilitates Enneagram and presence-based trainings in organizations. Many come to Lara to understand and fully engage their leadership capacities both personally and professionally. Lara’s coaching philosophy is steeped in the Enneagram. She has been studying the insights and benefits of the Enneagram for over twenty years including a formal certification from the Deep Coaching Institute. Lara uses the Enneagram to help clients recognize and bring forth their fullest potential. Lara’s background includes an undergraduate degree in psychology, a teaching certificate, and several years as a teacher. She trained in various coaching schools including getting a coaching certificate from DCI. She is trained in SE trauma work and Hakomi and her personal development work includes Diamond heart Approach, Buddhism, and raising two children.
