Empowerment Summit for the Young Female Athlete

lululemon Portland and Cloudport are bringing an Empowerment Summit for the Young Female Athlete in mind to the heart of Portland's Old Port! 
Why: Because we want to help show you resources and tools to find more confidence and happiness in your every day! 
What: This is a morning dedicated to the physical, emotional and mental wellness for young females getting ready for their spring seasons! The day will include a lululemon yoga class, goal setting and vision board collage making, nutritional class for how to fuel your body, meditation and relaxation, problem solving, henna tattoos and goodie bags to go home with! Just bring your own yoga mat!
Price: $25.00 per attendee 
Who: Open to Girls Grades 6-12th 
When: Registration opens at 8:30am and the day ends by 12:30pm.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, March 7th at 12:00 pm. Limited space - 40 spots available.
