The Empowerment Summit

The Maine Empowerment Project presents the next Empowerment Summit. With our Event Sponsors, Cloudport CoWorking Multispace, Athleta, and the Yellow Tulip Project, we are excited to work with all these amazing young women again in the heart of the old Port in Portland, Maine. 
The Maine Empowerment Project aims to offer a safe space to inspire, educate and empower women of all ages. Through a series of events, it is our intention to encourage attendees to harness their passions, take ownership of their unique abilities and move forward with an emboldened confidence. It is our belief that when women come together in a supportive environment to practice self love and leadership, they are better equipped to bring their best self to the world. 
The day will consist of: 
* Physical Yoga Practice with Willa Wirth
* Nutrition/ Wellness with Amy Cochran Wellness 
* Embody Love session with Amanda Strojny
* Problem solving in today's world & Goal Setting with Lauren Reid Kane
* Creation Station - Affirmation Jars 
* Keynote speaker from the Yellow Tulip Project
* Lunch provided 
* Guided Meditation by Amanda Strojny
You will go home with:

Open to All Girls Grades 8-12th 
Check in opens at 8:00 am and Pick up is at 2:30
Dress comfortably and make sure you bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
