This event will bring together phenomenal leaders, influencers, innovators and rising stars from a range of professions, on the occasion of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

Sonya Pelia, CMO at Cira Apps Ltd is a C-Level B2B SaaS and Enterprise Software/Hardware Marketing Executive with expertise in Product-Led Growth, the strategic transformation of traditional marketing to digital marketing, creating brand and vision, and driving revenue with marketing. She has also run a parallel track for over 26 years as a gender-equality leader, board member, and President of the Board at the award-winning, non-profit Maitri empowering South Asian survivors of domestic violence. Sonya serves on the board of MoveUp, is an advisor to non-profit boards and founders, and is the recipient of numerous awards.

Joanie Kraut is the CFO at VIA Programs, an organization that focuses on cross-cultural immersion exposures for participants from both the US and Asia, where she manages the finance, IT, and HR departments. She is also the CFO for Women In Games International (WIGI), a nonprofit that promotes the inclusion and retention of female talent in the technology and gaming industry..
Joanie is an advocate for equality, inclusion, and empowerment, and she was recently recognized by CalCPA for the Women to Watch in Finance & Accounting awards in the Experienced Leader category.

Katty Lopez De Gull, Founder & Stylist at Lopez De Gull Revamp is a certified Image Consultant, and Fashion Stylist personally trained by Stacy London, co-host of the internationally known TV Show 'What Not To Wear!'
She has worked with women of different walks of life, locally and internationally, and has been featured in Univision’s morning TV Show for the San Francisco Bay Area. Her clients included Ruby Polanco, Owner of Ruby Makeup Academy in Hollywood, Flor Melara, Univision 14 morning show producer, and Gabriela Dellan, weather anchor at Telemundo 48.

Ha Nguyen is a Founding Partner at Spero Ventures. Spero is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in the things that make life worth living, specifically: well-being, work & purpose and human connection. In addition to investing, Ha leads the firm’s marketing/network efforts and is a thought partner to founding teams, helping them incorporate design-thinking and user empathy into product development and corporate strategy. A former refugee from Vietnam, Ha is passionate about supporting underrepresented founders and building vibrant, diverse communities, including leadership roles at AllRaise, Product Leader Summit and Women in Product. Before joining Spero, Ha led product and growth at multiple startups, including Stella & Dot, Betfair, Keaton Row and Oodle. She was one of the early product managers during eBay’s hypergrowth years. Ha holds an MBA from Harvard and a BS in Economics & Business from The Wharton School.

Chantelle Hartshorne is the Founding Member and Creative Designer at STYLEBEE.
The daughter of Canadian small business owners, Chantelle began her career at age 17 as the in-house makeup artist for a hair salon in Sidney, BC. In 2003 she moved to Montréal, QC and was hired by the MAC cosmetics company.. In 2008 she left MAC to pursue a full time freelance career as a makeup artist. In 2011 Chantelle moved to the Bay Area and established ChantelleStudio an immediately successful beauty company. In 2014, bringing her understanding of the evolution of the beauty industry to the table, she joined forces with STYLEBEE as a founding member. STYLEBEE connects you to the top local hair and makeup artists to be available to you on your schedule.

Dian Alyan is the Founder and CEO of GiveLight Foundation, a non-profit organization that creates nurturing homes for orphans. Devastated by the 2004 tsunami, she transformed her grief into an inspiration to help children all over the world. The first GiveLight home for 50 orphans is in Indonesia and today, she is scaling her work to support over 1000 orphans in eleven countries globally, including Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Morocco, Mexico and the Bay Area. Dian holds an Engineering degree and has had a successful career at Procter & Gamble managing its global brands. A recipient of many awards, she is an international speaker and has spoken at MIT, Stanford University, and several Fortune 500 companies such as Paypal, Apple, and Google. Her humanitarian work has been highlighted in several radio, television programs and in many articles, including the Huffington Post.

Shar Ramakrishnan is a Director of Engineering at Yelp. She leads Yelp's Metrics Platform, the teams responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure and tooling that allows product managers and analysts derive insights from Yelp's data. Shar started her career in Chennai, India as a founder of a tech startup. In the short 4 years of running the company, she worked with several other Silicon Valley companies as a founding engineer in various parts of the tech stack including front end web development, application development, networking and infrastructure. She joined Yelp in 2015, and has been loving it ever since. Shar is an advocate of supporting women in tech and has led the Awesome Women in Engineering resource group at Yelp for the last 4 years. Apart from engineering, Shar loves photography and travel. She recently became a mom to a baby boy and shares her experience about the challenges of being a working mom on her social media.
