Empowered Being: A person who exists in unison with life, in a peaceful, harmonious state of being. A person who masters the art of self and exists in acts of faith. A person who embraces life's challenges, upsets, failures, and detours and turns them into successes. A person who trusts his or her internal compass to lead the way. A person who seeks to truly live in his or her fullest expression of self.

The Empowered Being is a workshop series designed to assist people in the development of positive habits, routines, rituals, and greater understandings of themselves in the journey of becoming their most actualized beings. This holistic experience involves six weeks of focus on self and community love, mental, spiritual, emotional, interpersonal, and relational development through interactive discussions, guided meditations, journaling reflections, intention setting, and the creation of an accountability community. People learn to exist from a holistic place of empowerment and to embrace the strength of their divine selves on their continuing journeys.

Week 1: The Divine Being- Alignment and Balance

Closing the gap between who you are and who you want to be: In this workshop, we delve into the creation of the ideal version of ourselves. We set the course of visualizing, aligning, balancing, and defining actions that  pull it all together. We explore the scientific explanation of the power of thinking and how to tune in to the proverbial higher frequency. This workshop teaches strategies to train your mind and environment to support the lifestyle you desire.

Week 2: Letting Go to Grow

This workshop focuses on developing the art of acceptance and surrender, working in unison with life rather than in opposition, by releasing the need for control... of people, of love, of experiences. We explore the concept of life's cycles and prepare for the ebbs and flow.

Week 3: Cultivating an Environment that Supports the Next You

This workshop assists in the development of mind shifting experiences that position participants to have an environment (friends, family, social, lifestyle) that reflects their desired reality. Have you ever said "S/he would never want me!" "I can't get that job." "that's too expensive!" "I could never go there." "I could never afford that?" Well, you deserve the best, and we'll learn how to summon only the best environments for you, right where you are, with whatever limited, or unlimited resources you have. 

Week 4: The Concept of Love- An Agape Experience

This workshop supports individuals in the journey to understand healthy, fulfilling, and functional love as a direct reflection of their relationship with source energy.

Week 5: Reimagining Purpose When Motivation is Low

This workshop assists in finding motivation, purpose, and energy when it seems out of reach. Helpful for major life or lifestyle changes and for the person who has accomplished almost everything!

Week 6: Owning Your Journey

This workshop supports and challenges participants to take accountability for their life's experiences. Understanding that a person can do something, anything, to move in the direction of his or her heart, we focus on teaching individuals to show up for themselves and to develop habits and routines that will support their most empowered being.

CAUTION: This workshop is only for individuals committed to the process of growth and for those who are serious about doing the work to become a greater version of themselves!

Workshops involve journaling, moderate movement, meditations, reflections, group discussion, music, and interactive engagement.

About the Instructor: Sharday Jones, M.A.Ed.

With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in education, Jones has spent the last decade working with individuals, non-profit organizations, and small businesses to design educational programming that fuses psychology with pedagogy/andragogy. The mission of her work is to create empowering and encompassing instruction for the development of the whole being. With a penchant for thought leadership and mind shifting, Jones has used her inspirational gifts to assist individuals in their journey to become more educated, actualized, and confident in the truth of their everyday lives. 

Jones is the author of Extra Baggage (an intellectual fiction analyzing the impact of commercialized rap music on societal behavior) and the founder of S. Jones Books and Education.
