There is no better way to celebrate Craft Beer Week than a good ol' beer and food pairing. This is Empirical Brew Pub's first of many Beer Dinners. We are going to pair four courses of delicious food with four unique beers. We also have some special beers to pass out. Take a peek at the menu!

Course 1 - Grain salad in Endive spears with elderberry dressing

Course 2 - Caramelized onion tart

                 pair with Imperial Cherrywood Stout

Palate Cleanser - Intermezzo

                            pair with Best Bitter

Course 3 - Roasted pork loin with spring vegetables

                 pair with Munich Helles Lager

Course 4 - Bread pudding and porter caramel sauce

                 pair with Baltic Porter
