EMpact (EMpowering Action) Connect Groups are marketplace networking groups focused on equipping men to become fierce and bold leaders of faith in the workplace, their families and in the community. These weekly networking groups are a time of both group and individual personal and professional coaching, spiritual enrichment and leadership development based on proven biblical success strategies.

Each group is a cross between traditional business networking, bible study teaching, and practical life-skills training. EMpact recognizes that if we want to truly equip and empower men today, we must provide spiritual leadership, support, relationship management, business networking, life-skills training, and practical equipping they need to be fully positioned as men of strength in the marketplace.
