This is an effort to bring together researchers from basic research, clinical research, biomedical engineering and clinical medical backgrounds who are involved in the science and care of patients who have suffered a stroke. The goal of the TRIS to:
Identify ongoing research activities across institutions and disciplines
Facilitate collaborative efforts that address the critical research and care gaps in the acute, subacute and chronic phases of a stroke as well as secondary prevention of strokes
