Em...pour me some beer & play some games

We bring the boardgames, Empourium provides the refreshments, usually they food truck, but even when they don t order or pick up food and you can always enjoy their great patio. Come by yourself and play games with my person and I (which we will show/teach ya) or bring your person and play on your own, or bring the whole crew (up to the allowed limits). If you have been to any event of ours, you know you don t have to be "good at games" or even know any really. You just have to show up and plan on a good time. Note: you don t need to show up exactly at 630. If dinner and pet walking gets you there are at 7 that s okay. You might need to wait 15 to 20 someone to finish another game to join but nbd. Part of keeping it casual and squeezing in a good time among life. Just come by. It s boardgames @ a brewery in a super hip area. Roll by!

Our group isn t one of those where the same 5 people have been meeting forever and you feel like your disrupting our "normal". The idea is always the opportunity for new connections and reconnecting in an unintimidating way that avoids that awkward what the heck do we talk about after this crazy year. You don t need to be "into boardgames" though we love deep strategy and war games too (it s a safe zone for that ultramarthoner on a rest day that doesn t know games, just a beer geek, or that super boardgame geek). So excited to meet some new humans again and hopefully reconnect with some folks we have meet through this crazy fun group. We may (if we can find a minute with all the other things of life), post a list of the games we will bring but trust we are awesome at curating a variety. If you want to try some particular game, let us know...we sort of have a crazy collection and likely have it or bring one of your own totally fine ???? I love trying and playing pretty much anything that get folks chatting. Laughing. Having just a simple nonscreen dependant good time. The only rule is show up and don t be a jerk or at least be a lovable one. Hope to see you there.
