THIS MONTH’S PROGRAM: Women, Sleep Issues and Cannabis

Let’s gather to talk about medical cannabis and the effects on sleep, anxiety, depression, and other health related concerns. We are also going to extend last month’s topic – tracking and products.

Please join us as we welcome Mahja Sulemanjee from Greenhouse Dispensary. She will be presenting on medical cannabis from a dispensary’s perspective.

We’ll be meeting again at Breeze Counseling.

Ellementa meets monthly to bring women together to learn about cannabis for health, wellness, self-care and caregiving. We create welcoming spaces where women can come together to speak openly about cannabis wellness. This is a non-consumption, educational event exclusively for women/female-identified.

Anne Shragal is the owner of Breeze Counseling and therapist on staff. She runs a cannabis-friendly mental health practice offering therapy services online and in-person for children, teens, adults, and couples.
